SHIPPING
We work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for our customers. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@qsick.com, and we will do our best to include it.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customers will be responsible for any additional customs expenses.
All orders will be shipped within three working days after the payment. If your order hasn’t arrived within that time, please contact us.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
For modifying your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement.
