Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return your items for a full refund within 14 days of having received them.

Items need to be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging with the original seal unbroken. We will refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

You may also return your items for exchange in 3 days of having received them.

Items need to be undamaged, with original label and tag unbroken and in original packaging. We will refuse exchange items that do not meet these criteria. 

After the return request has been processed, you will receive the instruction for further processing.

If you refuse to pick up the package, or if you don’t collect the package on time which results in the package being returned to us, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The package that is returned to us will be considered a return and you will be refunded the amount for the product. A new order must be made to resend the package.

We process refunds within a few days after receiving the items. Depending on the payment platform it can take up to 5 working days for the money to show on your account.

Please note that we can only process an exchange once we have received the original product in good order.
